Northwest Software places expanded support management software into production for enhanced end-user analysis.
Everett, WA (March 15, 2017) – Northwest Software Technologies, Inc., the pioneering and leading developer of event fundraising management software designed specifically for nonprofit organizations, is pleased to announce the implementation of new, in-house application support management software.

The new application is 100% custom built by Northwest’s development team with full emphasis on the nonprofit organization. Staff turnover within the nonprofit organization is fully managed as a primary function of the software. The application expands Northwest Software’s ability to more closely manage day-to-day support for Tracker-Series software and all related services. Additionally, the new application allows for future expansion of both products and services currently in development. For continued uninterrupted analysis, all 27 years of collected support information on all license holders has been moved to the new application and is readily available to their support team.
