Everett, WA (March 27, 2017) – Just a reminder to those in our user community who continue to use Microsoft Vista. On April 11, 2017 this product will be fully retired by Microsoft. All Tracker-Series software applications, that includes Auction-Tracker, will no longer be supported on Windows Vista after April 11. We encourage all users who are using this version of Windows to upgrade to Windows 10 as soon as they are able. Windows 10 provides a better experience as well as a safer computing environment for your staff and volunteers.
For some organizations this may require the purchase of new computer hardware. When you consider that Windows Vista was first introduced in November of 2006 and there have been 3 major upgrades of Windows since, this is not unexpected. Know that if you need to replace a computer, your cost will be much less for more product.
If you have any questions regarding this end of support for Vista, please contact Mr. Jack Wilson at 425.252.7287 or email email@example.com.
