Corporation sold to a new generation of professionals who are dedicated to helping nonprofits.

Everett, WA (April 30, 2018) – Northwest Software Technologies, Inc., the pioneering and leading developer of event fundraising management software designed specifically for nonprofit organizations, announced this morning that it has agreed to sell its business and intellectual property to MaxGiving, LLC of Boise, ID.  This transaction was completed on 12/31/17.  Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Mr. Harrington and his team will serve the nonprofit market well now and in the future!”

Mr. Wilson will stay on with MaxGiving, LLC for the foreseeable future as an advisor and ambassador to the corporation’s end-user community. Additionally, Mr. Wilson will continue his work in the development of new event fundraising applications and services, in addition to maintenance and upgrades to existing applications.
